That video is from a video game, it's not canon, just like the movies aren't canon. Kishi hasn't shown us the fight between Madara and Hashirama. Just like he hasn't shown us when and how Madara got Rinnegan, or what really happened to Izuna.

Those are all very important things that Kishi wouldn't put in a video game before he released in a manga. You're an idiot if you think that video is accurate.

cool chapter.. but, in my opinion, all the kages must have a something big partner such a summoning (tsunade=katsuyu and others)..only that something really big can beat that big perfect susano... and also, i think that the only person can beat the big susano is tsunade. she have a great physical attack plus she had a regeration, so she wouldn't die in the battle..
i want she shows her real power, which is her greatest jutsus, such as wood jutsus or water jutsus, like her grandfather and granduncle..

Honestly, cancelling the jutsu: Edo Tensei won't really remove threat. With the likes of Madara, his soul must be sealed completely using a strong sealing jutsu just like with the other previous strong shinobi (1-4 Hokages) to prevent future Edo Tensei users from summoning them. In that case, genuine peace can be achieved.

One way to do that is Tsuande showing some badass Uzumaki sealing jutsu, which I hope happens! Seriously, if Kishi needs some suggestions on how he could give power-ups for his female characters, I will be most willingly to volunteer. ;)

Yeah I have to agree with you, most likely Madara had the Rhinnengan way before his death, I truely believe that is why he had the balls to face the 1st Hokage. Think about it for a second, as smart and cunning and powerful as Madara was in that era why would you challenge someone who has the highest feats in the ninja world, only stupid ninjas with blind ambitions do things like that. Madara chose to fight the 1st because he had discovered his evolution of the sharringan <-mis-spell and had been training with it in secret only he alone knew about this. But....... what he didn't know was that the first had mastered many ancient differing art styles that even trumped his Rhinningan. Way back when Madara and the 1st were living they had constant wars, they had so many that there were many population of clans that were just eliminated -> think about this where is the clans that Naruto's mother came from and where did the clan that the Beyokugon <- don't know how to spell it - where did they all go huh? They were all killed in war, there are many villages besides the sand, leaf, rain, cloud and rock that existed but they seem to be all gone due to the constant wars. I say this to inform you that because of this the earlier generations of ninjas were just more powerful due to practice and ambitions of power and war. Look at the kage of the rock Onoki he is mad more powerful than the other kages and he is waaaay out of his prime, his level of ninjutsu is beyond A, Gaara, Tsunade, and the other lady, why do you think Madara only feels he is a threat mm. I totally agree with you plus since the 1st time I saw Oonoki I told everyone he was the strongest Kage, no1 beleived me...well now there is proof. His dust release is just incredible. Plus like you said he isnt even in his prime.

This chapter pretty much cleared up one suspicion I had, which was that anyone can cancel the edo-tensei. Kishi could come back next week and have Kabuto tell Itachi that only he can do it, but it seems to be otherwise for now.

So I followed the link to that YouTube display of Madara vs Hirashima from one of the Naruto video games. I was not impressed at all, the only thing that this shows is how easily one of the tailed beast can be taken out by the 1st Hokages power, I was just disappointed because of the lack of fight that they put into the battle there just should have been a little more powers displayed mind you that they only animated the beginning of the fight so who knows what techniques they displayed after Hirashima took out the 9 tails. But I will say this as a reminder to people out that undermine the 1st Hokage's power --> Hirashima is the only ninja in the world to date that has captured all of the tailed beast by himself.... NOT even Naruto did that, it doesn't count if they are just willing to just join you. Hirashima had to tame those beast.

absolutely wrong. The act of performing perfect susano can only be obtained by activating ur MS, ITACHI has proven that one. With sasuke because he used to much and not gradually progressing his sight faded quickly but EMS U are actually able permanently use it at its highest strength. Now with rinnegan u gain new power but never lose sharingan power at all 3 levels.

Now I am just throwing this out there. From all the lesson that we have heard about dispelling genjutsu cast upon on a ninja. I was thinking kabuto still has a chance because of the white snake. To me it seems that they are 2 different people and if itachi cast izanami on kabuto the snake might still be alive cos if look at the jiraiya situation when he went sage mode, pa & ma didn't have nothing to with jiraiya when he hurt, it didn't cost no damage to either of them.

Tsunade (shivering in utter fear): “If there are anymore words of encourage, I’d like to hear them now, Tsuchikage!”

Tsuchikage: “Noo, Raikage’s right for once. We have to survive, flee, and live to fight another day-strategic retreat. You don’t think I’ve lived this long without being able to know when to cut my losses. Don't think this means we're giving up. We'll hunt him down and try to take him out in every theater of war he he crops, one day when we are adequately prepared. ”

Mei: “Well, what are we waiting for? I don’t want to die before I’m married!”

(The ultimate Susano-o forms a dark, purplish flame in its right hand and spiraling winds crackling with light electricity in its left hand. The Susano-o then starts to forcibly mix the two chakras together, creating instability and earthquakes. Meanwhile, the Kages are fleeing, but stay close together.)

Madara: “I don’t think so… You’ve forced my hand, now deal with the consequences! I'll call this one, Flame of End Days! With this power, I can create and ruin!”

(The Susano-o controls a miniature, purplish, black, flaming vortex between two hands. Susano-o places it on the ground. Soon it gathers tremendous mass and range as it spins viciously through the air. The Kages look back to spot the gargantuan inferno as it engulfs the surrounding area, setting unholy fires to the environment. The sky, dark sends out branches of lightning tendrils that are reaching down from the sky, linking to the massive hurricane below. The Kages turn to face their doom, walls of darkness clouds out all else visible.)

Tsunade: “We can’t outrun this!” (Raikage outreaches his right hand.)

Raikage: “AHHHHHHH! (Raikage’s Ration Armor dissipates around him, causing a circular Raiton barrier encasing him and the rest of the Kages.) This is only a buffer! I need reinforcement!” (Gaara makes a handseal, which causes sand to force its way out of the Raiton field to encase the Kages in a dense, dome of sand.)

Tsuchikage: “As long as this body draws breath-!” (Tsuchikage pounds the earth beneath him, this causes a layer of rock to encase the sand in yet another protective dome. As the spiraling flames collide with the Kages’ defenses, it starts to crack, seconds later, the whole dome is engulfed in flames. From the top view, the hurricane is eating away at least a 5 mile radius. The scene switches over to HQ, everyone inside feels a deep tremor.)

Shikaku: “What the hell was that?! Inoichi?!” (Inoichi speaks from his seat, sensing the happenings in areas with the other sensors.)

Inoichi: “I, uhh, I don’t know how to say this…” (The scene switches over to Naruto vs. Tobi. A spark flashes in the sky, as Naruto and Tobi separate from each other. They both land to the ground about 15ft from each other. Tobi’s mask his half destroyed along with holes in his fan, and his robe in tatters. Naruto’s headband is gone, he has his top jacket blown off, and his under shirt in tatters. Naruto bleeds from his mouth and is covered in minor scratches, Tobi has a scar going across the exposed portion of his face’s skin [like Scar in the Lion King].)

Naruto: “That couldn’t have been good. I need to finish this before more are hurt…”

Tobi: “Must’ve been him, just what has Kabuto been up to with that Edo Tensei?”

(A little ways a way, Kakashi and Gai are holding up a severely exhausted Killer Bee.)

Gai: “Woah, did you feel that, guys?”

Kakashi: “Yes, indeed. Whatever’s going on is just as intense as here.”

Killer Bee: “Baddies, cut us a break for our sake…”

(The scene switches back over to Madara’s location. He has withdrawn his Susano-o.)

Madara: “Hmph, can’t say I was disappointed. I was able to draw out among my most potent of techniques; the Rinnegan is truly impressive. Now, onto more pressing concerns. (As he turns his back and takes another step, he hears a crack. He picks up his hand notices that it’s cracking. WHAT IS THIS?”

Madara uses a handseal
A giant mouth opens and swallows him
Tsunade: That's!!
Madara comes back out, normal.
Ei: I...don't believe it...
Madara: There, now there can be no complaints, I'm mortal.

Scene switch to Mifune and Kankuro who are heading back to the camp
Omoi: I can only stream so much more chakra into Deidara...
Kankuro: We need to find sealers, until then, you have to.
Omoi: no...I...can't...all out of....
Omoi collapses
Mifune: Kankuro!
Deidara: !? This..this is my chance.

Scene switch to Chouza
Dan: Chouza, where are your sealers?
Chouza: There are only so many going around.
One of the fodder holding the cube seal intact collapses
Dan: !!
Chouza; Shit, Darui!
Darui: What's happened?
Kakuzu: I wouldn't leave your guard open boy.
Kakuzu and Hizashi are tied to a rock with chains.

powers locked away but gaining new ones in return. madara gave him his eyes.A plan was hatched and they fought Hashirama once more in one of the many civil wars raging on at that time and defeated him which sparked the first shinobi world war.(I assume the conversation the young onoki had with madara in the flashback in the beginning of the kage fight with madara was right before the first world war when his plan was already in motion)The 2nd probably made the impure world intended to resurrect his brother but due to the reaction from most countries and himself i guess ? not really sure but anyway most thought it was

so he decided not to use it anymore although
at the same time tobi was using his dna for his own needs.The uzamaki clan are slain and remaining members flee to other countries.

Tsuchikage is older and more knowledgable, therefore, "stronger".
He knows more about madara, and the reason he was able to stop the meteor is because of his earth style jutsu, he made the meteor lighter than it was making it "easier", if you will, to stop it. Plus, towards the end gaara helped a little in stopping the meteor.

I'm not putting the tsuchikage down, but him stopping the meteor doesn't mean he is stronger than raikage. They both have their expertise.

from the manga, it seems the later generation is weak compared to the former generation. I mean it was the 1st hokage alone fighting madara. i was expecting just 1 kage to be fighting him not the 5 of them. This shows that the present day kages are weak compared to the former. i just pray naruto outshine them all, i mean i wish he doesn't take the kage title after the war because i know they will want him to have it. I see naruto refusing the title because he feels he hasn't change sasuke yet.
