As i feel a small bind around me. I quickly break out of that. (Im at Kage rank. Low Level nin dont have much affect on me). I then see the wind blade forming. I Quickly stoop down and drop to the ground causing the wind to past me in a quick manner. As im on the ground. I Make 3 Earth Rings from below you around your whole body restricting your movements. I then Quickly Make 2 Scorch Clone. and get back up. I then Chidori spear your face. I then lift you up from the chidori stream and cause the stream to explode

-Note: Cant use no earth Jutsus while this jutsu is active

the temporary paralysis doesn't work like rank does, look at Pervy's Nagato test. Scorps was 3 ranks apart. It's not using fear to paralyze you but chakra .-.
Also, the wind blade is a gust of slicing wind, so ducking down won't cut it :\
