I'm guessing there going to stay yellow, there is red around his eye already, it would be too much red. Maybe if he is freaking out they would go red.

But i like i posted earlier, the could be orange because when you mix yellow and red you get orange, could be why its his color of choice, i have found that everything in this manga is done for a reason

I made this version. I think Kyubii is trying to take over so the eyes begin turning red.

I'm not yet sure, but I'm sure this pic was showing kyubii trying to control Naruto, that's why I think the eyes were trying to get red.
