Talon has many different outfits that are meant to fit the situation but he always has multiple blades available and can easily grab a blade at any time.

Personality:

Talon is quiet when with other people and even quieter by himself. He secludes himself from others in order to keep people from recognizing him later. He is dedicated to his job at all times, to assassinate his targets. He is generally very serious and prefers to work alone as groups make a large amount of noise and are easily seen. Talon avoids expressing any emotion except for excitement which is shown in the heat of battle.

Due to his multiple assassinations, he has grown to realize that he was meant to kill and should enjoy what he does. This pure love for killing has caused him to lose any ability to feel remorse or mercy for those dying, belittling the value of life in his eyes. He no longer cares for others. If he is given a target, he always kills that target without failure.

History:

Talon's earliest memories are the darkness of Konoha's underground passages after he fled from his clan and the reassuring steel of a blade. He remembers no family, warmth, or kindness. Instead, the clink of stolen gold and the security of a wall at his back are all the kinship he has ever craved. Kept alive only by his quick wits and deft thievery, Talon scraped out a living in the seedy underbelly of Konoha. The Konoha Elders sent shinobi to him with a demand: join their ranks or be killed. He left the bodies of his pursuers dumped in Konoha's rivers as his response.

The assassination attempts grew increasingly dangerous until one assailant met Talon blade-for-blade in a match of strength. To his surprise, Talon was disarmed and facing down his executioner's sword when the assassin revealed himself to be Danzo. Danzo offered Talon the choice between death at his hand, or life as a shinobi of Konohagakure. Talon chose life, on the condition that his service was to Danzo alone, for the only type of orders he could respect were from one he could not defeat. Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out secret missions on Danzo's orders that took him from the frigid lands of the Land of Iron to the inner sanctums of Kirigakure.

While under Danzo's orders, Talon moved throughout the Ninja World undercover and fighting multiple people. He would meet with many Fuma clan members and even at one point, stayed with them for a while as a refuge. While with the Fuma clan, they were aware of his alliance with Danzo yet kept him there. He stayed there for a while and they even trained Talon. He even befriended a woman named Irelia there. She was a master of weapon puppetry and was capable of launching her blades out at ease. After a couple of months of training, Talon finished his orders and killed the Fuma clan elder. He easily escaped the Fuma clan compound and they didn't follow.

After training with the Fuma clan, he left to the Land of Iron for his next mission, assassinating a well-known samurai by the name of Alistar. While leaving, he was pursued by a large group of samurai.

While being hunted by the samurai, he led them through the forests of Konoha and as they chased after him, he killed them off, one-by-one. When the last ten or so men were left standing, he confronted them in an opening in the forest and killed the ten men. After killing the men, Danzo's ROOT members came to help Talon yet he didn't require help. While with the ROOT members, another group of shinobi showed up, revealing Iwagakure headbands. When they began attacking Talon and the ROOT members, Talon quickly left and let the ROOT members fight them. He went off to Iwagakure to strike terror into the Iwagakurian's hearts.

Once he arrived, he quickly traveled in the shadows and sneaked into the room where Iwa's famous stone was held. He met with Oonoki and Talon's mission was to kill him. Talon had a short talk with Oonoki:

"I know you are there young assassin."

"..."

"Youngins, always so 'cool'."

"Any last words?"

"Not for you, you won't kill me."

"..."

"You have already seen what this village has been through, you still have your emotions."

"..."

"You should leave before they come."

Talon left the room and was encountered with a few Iwagakure shinobi. He quickly dispatched of them by dealing minute wounds that would only damage their bodies for a short time and leave them able to recover with medical ninjutsu. When he left, he looked back at the Village of Stones, destroyed by an Akatsuki terrorist.

Upon leaving Iwagakure, Talon left to re-join ROOT members and get his next orders. Danzo gave him the orders to return to Konoha to continue training. When Talon returned, he went to the underground ROOT training area and met with a pale man that wore the regular ROOT uniform.

"You will now train with him for the time being."

Talon began his training with this man and when he asked for a name to call him he said;

"We are ROOT, We do not have names."

"..."

"I prefer Sai though... It's what he called me."

Talon didn't pursue why he preferred the name but went on with it. Talon trained with Sai for a few months. Once he finished his training with Sai, Sai was to leave to join a new team in the normal ranks of Konoha shinobi. During this time, Talon was ordered to watch over this new team to make sure that they didn't get out of hand but he knew that if Sai was to join this team, they would be very powerful.

Talon watched over this group until they had a confrontation with one of the three Sannin, Orochimaru. As he watched the confrontation climax, he fled to a safe distance. As Orochimaru, Sasuke, and Kabuto fled, Talon quickly followed and met with Orochimaru. He asked to join Orochimaru after observing his powers. Talon was selected to be a training partner for Sasuke.

After training with Sasuke, Talon was ordered to guard over prisoners that were being tested on and on many occasions, fought with them. These prisoners were being tested for the special curse mark that Orochimaru developed. He learned the complexity about the Curse Mark as well as the source of the Curse Mark, Jugo. After watching over the prisoners, he eventually left the prison without someone to watch over it once news arrived that Sasuke had killed Orochimaru. Talon left to find Kabuto, Orochimaru's aid and discuss what to do. When Talon found him however, Kabuto had been conducting experiments on himself and Talon. He left to Konoha where he would report the incidences that occurred to Danzo.

However that was when Pein had attacked Konohagakure.

While Talon fought to protect the village members, he was critically injured in the conflict by a large man with mechanical contraptions in his body.

During the time he was out, Talon saw a man and woman with a young boy in their arms and then a bright light. Talon was brought to a place with a fire burning in the middle and took a seat their. As he watched the fire, he felt the emotions he never had surge into him and he wept for his horrible existence. After a moment, the fire surged out and burned everything, including Talon.

He woke up and found himself being healed by a pink-haired woman that he once observed. He learned of what happened shortly after recovering and attempted to return to Danzo to inform him of what happened with Kabuto but ran out of time as he left to go to the Hokage Summit. Talon stayed in the ROOT compound to recover and soon, his curse mark faded from his tongue. He knew that Danzo had died.

When Danzo died, Talon considered reclaiming his freedom, but he had gained immense respect from the Konoha Elders after years in their service. He became obsessed with tracking down Danzo's whereabouts. Talon's suspicions led him to Sasuke, where he is now searching for him and a time to kill him.

Other

Dogs: Talon usually keeps them at the ROOT compounds and only asks for them to accompany him if he really needs them. They are Nasus, the largest dark brown furred dog, Rumble, a small light brown furred dog, and Yi, a white medium-sized dog.
