I vote Aaroniero. He lost to pre-Lieutenant Rukia.
You guys do realize that he was the only Espada to lose to a non-Captain class Shinigami, right?

I agree, with this, not only was he the first to be defeated(correct me if I'm wrong), but he went down to a regular shinigami, not that I'm putting down rukia at all. Originally Posted by NLee

Zommari Rureaux didn't seem to have much spiritual pressure. I think the only reason Byakuya didn't kill him in under 30 seconds is because he didn't know his little "eye take over" trick was kido based. If Byakuya had known his trick from the get go then it wouldn't of lasted long. But I suppose espada #9 just messed with peoples heads, so I think its a tie between espada #7 & #9
