place the sword in my right hand and hold the sword just below the handle.Once I have done this without any hesitation I bring up my left hand and hold the same sword placing my left hand one inch below my right hand.I then place the sword in front of me with the tip pointing towards the ground.I then tense the muscles in my arm and then swing upwards with all the force I am produce.I then repeat this move two hundred times...

When the sword is above my head after slashing from down to up I look at the ground and make sure that when I swing down that the slash is a precision strike with maximum force from which I can achieve.I tense the muscles in my arms and slash down and then back up an repeat this one hundred times.

After doing that I raise the sword straight in front of me and make sure that I still have a tight firm grip of the sword in my hands.I then move my arms and place the sword in the air on my left hand side.Once i have done this I swing my arms to the right at maximum power and do this one hundred times..

After doing all three of the swings and my arms beginning to tire I do not let up and make sure that the last swing of direction is just as strong at the last three.I then move the sword to my right hand side using my arm and tense the muscles in my arm.I then thrust the sword to my left hand do this one hundred times...
