    I place the sword in my right hand and once again hold the sword just one inch below the handle of the sword.After doing this I pull back my right arm and tense the muscles in the arm and thrust the arm forward making the sword thrusting forward and impaling your golem.I then pull the sword back out form the golem and place the sword in my left hand and hold it just below the hand once again.I then pull back my left arm and once again tense the muscles in my arm and thrust my arm forward which thrusts the sword forward and impale the golem once again.I then do each hand one hundred times each.

    good, now you will be doing underarm strikes, logically you will be striking under my Golem's "arm"; first 100 times with your right hand under my Golem's left "arm" and than with your left hand under my Golem's right "arm" again 100 times

    I watch your golem and look at the underarm of its left arm.I then hold the sword in my right hand and once again hold it just below the handle of the sword.I then pull back my right arm and focus on the left underarm and thrust my right arm forward and up and i strike the golems left underarm.I then repeat this one hundred times.

    1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19... .60,61,62,63,64,65,66,67,68,69.....89,90,91,92... .98,99,100

    I then place the sword in my left hand and hold the sword in the right manner by placing my hand just below the handle with my left hand.I then pull my left arm back and focus on the right underarm of the golem.I then thrust my arm forward and upwards and strike the right underarm of the golem.I then repeat this one hundred times.

    good job, so now i want you to perform low sweeps, from right to left, and than from left to right 100 times each dirrection with your right hand, THAN do the same with your left hand again 100 times each dirrection ; in other words, 400 times

    With my sword in my hilt on my right side since its on a satchel I place my right hand over the sword and grab it just below the handle.Once I have done this I make sure I have a tight firm grip and Thrust my right arm forward with draws the sword from out of the satchel.Once the sword is drawn I pull my right shoulder back slightly and slash upwards across the chest of the golem.I then repeat this one hundred times with my right hand.

    good enough for me , now than, you will be performing two-handed heavy cuts, 200 from up to down, 100 from down to up, 100 from left to right and 100 from right to left, you can decide on when you want to perform which one, if you know an answer on why i am making you do 100 more with up to down, than tell me

    When the sword is above my head after slashing from down to up I look at the ground and make sure that when I swing down that the slash is a precision strike with maximum force from which I can achieve.I tense the muscles in my arms and slash down and then back up an repeat this one hundred times.

    After doing that I raise the sword straight in front of me and make sure that I still have a tight firm grip of the sword in my hands.I then move my arms and place the sword in the air on my left hand side.Once i have done this I swing my arms to the right at maximum power and do this one hundred times..

    After doing all three of the swings and my arms beginning to tire I do not let up and make sure that the last swing of direction is just as strong at the last three.I then move the sword to my right hand side using my arm and tense the muscles in my arm.I then thrust the sword to my left hand do this one hundred times...

    I place the sword in my right hand and then place my left hand once inch below my right hand since my right hand is just below the handle of the sword.I then raise my right and left arms which bring the sword up from above my head and then swing the sword down striking the golem with tremendous force.I then do this one hundred times...
