it would look more as if you cloated yourself with chakra.

okay i start by kneading chakra into my core then while i focus them into all my tenketsus, i release then all out at once spreading them around my body and giving them substance so thet it is dense enough to serve as a coat, i continually channel channel out of my whole tenketsu until my whole body is covered with chakra.

i continue to channel chakra out of my tenketsus while i spread them and at the same time make it denser while at the same time manipulating it to become transparent if not nearly transparent but not opaque.

having coat myself with the chakra, i proceed towards a swamp nearby walking over it like a solid ground, the chakra givng me the substance and the stronghold to be able to walk on the swamp.

so for this next one...focus an average amount of chakra into your two hands and then try to compress the chakra into all 10 fingers then,finally...release it as chakra beams or jet,your choice.

okay, sorry been busy with ma faulty pc.

Joints are places that contains thick muscles called ligaments which joins a part of the limbto another or a limb to the body.
We have joints in the following places

1. Shoulder
2. Elbow
3. Waste(sacral)
4. knee
5. The toes and fingers called metacapals and metatarsals
6. Ankle.

I start by charging chakra to my palms then i i jab at you two shoulders shifting its ball from the socket dislocating the joint and with swift movement i crouch facing your knee sending two jabs to both your knee dislocating your femur without damaging the patela. With this, i have crippled you for some time.
