Itachi vs Tobi (without rinnegan)

This is a fight between the two using their own powers (that we've seen so far) so :

No rinnegan for Tobi
(assuming its not his, remember this means no rinnegan powers either -.- )
No tailed beasts
tools can be used so Yata mirror , sword of Totsuka i.e and just normal swords you get the point

other then this the rest has no restrictions any other technique of theirs can be used so tobi s/t , genjutsu i.e ..

who wins? they both are very intelligent and have strong range of jutsu's but i think just because tobi is having an identity crisis itachi can use izanami on tobi , because it was designed for the uchiha to accept their fate so also izangi wouldnt work would it, idk you tell me ? but then again tobi has alot of chakra and could last longer then itachi or break out of any genjutsu of itachi's ...
i'm not really sure so who wins ? :D

I think tobi would win, itachi doesn't have a way to touch him but genjutsu might work.

Yes but it would be hard for itachi to last those 5 minutes, tobi is very hard to fight when he is intangible so he could kill itachi before he run out of ghost mode.

im not an itachi fb , but i think he deserves a little more credit , he can last longer then 5 minutes , hes smart but he'll have to force tobi to stay continually intangible for 5 minutes though which would drain his chakra .. , then again he has susanoo to block off tobi for a bit .. :D

Tobi doesn't have an identity crisis ("I'm no one. I don't want to be anyone"). That said, Tobi's Genjutsu is also very OP (controlling a perfect Jinchuuriki for years on end).

they have the knowledge that they had during itachi's life , so tobi knows all of itachi's abilities seen while he was alive so he doesnt know about izanami and itachi only has knowledge on tobi's abilities before he died

That's why he triggered Sasuke's sharingan to ameterasu Tobi if he ever saw his sharingan. He knew he was too strong for him and a sucker punch would've been the only way to beat him.

Actually if Tobi says that he is no one than that means he is afraid to admit who he truly is in which case Izanami would definitely work on him. Tobi can't dodge amaterasu but can somehow extinguish those flames. I don't really know how he did it but if he used izanagi than he can only use that technique twice. If Itachi outlasts izanagi than he will win.

It doesn't look like he has an identity crisis at all, really. He was calm about it, and even started laughing maniacally when discussing the real Madara's revival.
