Which one do you think is stronger and beneficial and give reasons...
As we have seen Eight gates makes a person incredibly fast(between lighting armour V1 and V2) and the user can use incredible techniques.
Senjutsu mode incredibly increases Endurance, and strength and impressively increases speed. Jutsu become exponentially more effective.

Senjutsu is better. Eight gates gets you tired after its used.
Senjutsu was fast enough to dodge raikage and sasuke's arrow. One punch and the eight gates user is dead

Have not really seen eight gates, it is beyond kage level, I think it is greater than senjutsu.

Yeah there's no reason to believe 8 gates is between V1 and V2 as it hasn't been shown.
