And why ? Madara had unlimited Chakra.. At any point I will still vote for Madara even though he's not an Edo anymore. He has much counters for warping and stuff...

Personally think Tobi has the higher chance of victory. Realistically, I cannot see Madara countering Tobi's intangibility or S/T ninjutsu.

With the rinnegan. No matter what his soul can not become intangible. And all Madara has to do is remove his soul. If that doesnt work the moment tobi touches madara he can be blown away or direct missile contact, basically the powers of the rinnegan.

madara drops 2 meteors on gedo mazo and when it tries to destroy them to prevent from being crushed, madara slices it with perfect susano.

That's not happening. Firstly Tobi can make other things intangible or warp them and Tobi also has the option to teleport then summon gedo out of the way.

Mokuton, he can grow forests for 5 minutes all over the place, and you know it is hell a powerfull jutsu.

If it wasn't plot, then Naruto would be dead along side those 3 wannabe's and Tobi would have succeeded in his eye of the moon plan. Seriously, Tobi has Rinnegan, S/T migration, Gedo Mezo and his 6 paths. Thats more than enough to obliterate almost everyone in this whole series. Oh yeah, like TobisPawn said, he himself hasn't fought yet.
