Re: Part 1 Gaara vs. Part 1 Neji
end of part 1? gaaras vastly superior in versatility and speed. lee commented hes even stronger than when he fought him in chunin exams. and neji could hardly keep up with that fight. hell he never said a bad thing about lee again after that. plus gaara always has his bijuu if necessary

Re: Part 1 Gaara vs. Part 1 Neji
gaara. neji has nothing to stop him. at best he makes gaara a LITTLE tired. what can neji do? continuously throw gentle fist punches at sand? wont work. gaara wins. truth be told, lee was just a better match-up for gaara because of his speed and his ability to get around gaara's defenses. neji has none of that

This. The sand Siblings became a lot stronger in the Sasuke Retrieval Arc then two months before during the Chunin Exams.
Gaara is no exception to this rule but Neji will put up a good fight.
He can continuously use gentle fist and body blow to make sure he doesn't get sand coffined. Gaara's chance is to create a huge amount of sand to bury him so much that no amount of rotation and body blows are enough to stop him from getting crushed.
In other words Gaara mid-high difficulty.
