If I recalled from anime correctly
, I don't think Utakata could fully control 6 tail right ?
in that case Sannin will wipe out katsuyu and Gamabunta.
and Jiraya will enter sage mode while tsunade and katsuyu buy time for him, then afterward I believe they could take it.
tsunade could attack or become support & heal while jiraiya and toad family try deal most damage and tank attacks.
even if 6 tail went berserk, I think Sannin will still find an opening try to seal or swamp it down.
