Obviously Jiraiya and Tsunade is the strongest group out of these, next comes Konan/Pain followed by Itachi/Kisame and Kakashi/Gai.

Pain/Konan should not be included since it's not a duo(they are 7 if you add konan) That been said, i believe Jiraya/Tsuande should be the best duo, and after that probably Itachi/Kisame or Kakashi/Gai, it depends

gaara and his father have the nigh impenetrable defence, and pain/konan have nigh invincible defensive hax and offensive hax. konan can virtually solo kakashi and gai. remember she can harden her paper into steel-like weapons.
pain battles jiraiya and tsunade because of the intel he has on them and is best suited to that.
itachi and kisame vs hidan and kakuzu is interesting. remember that kakuzu is hard to fight without intel and has fought hashirama. hidan might be taken down by genjutsu but if the pair wait a while before joining the fray they might see itachi genjutsu and avoid it. kakuzu can blow amaterasu off of himself with fuuton.
itachi has no immediate counter for fuuton + katon combo except resorting to susano and he cant keep that up forever.
totsuka might not be able to pierce kakuzus defence and if it does, it will seal the doton heart, wasting the attempt.
depending on the location, gaara and yondy may come out the winners. magnet release negates the chakra disrupting rods and since the rods inside pain are metal too, yondy can bansho tennin THEM. Right into a spiked wall of gold. bam. dead.
pain is probably the most powerful single member of the battle. meaning there may be a temporary teamup to destroy him. especially considering sannin/kakashi and gais intel on him.

if konan stays with pain, then gaara and yondy destroy kakashi/gai while konan/pain eventually wear down sannin. pain wont be holding any punches back this time.
