The best that could happen is a tie
guy opens all gates kills kakashi then dies from the effets of the gates
if guy uses 7 gates kakashi will spam kamui kakashi would die and guy would dissapear

Hard to say man .... ahh i would say guy is stronger sorry. He moves too freckin fast for the sharingan to see. but kakashi is probably able to see those movements
