Background Information:

Histroy: Makenshi the white cloud, originally hailed from kirigakure with his parents and brother, his parents weren't shinobi any longer and had were tired but were once feared in their fighting days with the combination of ice and mist techniques. Makenshi being the younger brother hardly ever knew this side to them, and was never told any stories about their exploits, but his brother knew, he emulated them and sought to make himself strong like they once were. It was in this way that his brother trained day and night to become stronger.

Makenshi: Why are you up so late brother?

Madoushi: Sorry if i.. Ha, woke you.. ha little bro. I just need to.. ha keep going.

Makenshi: Ok brother, do you want some tea? i make you some.

Running off, madoushi sits down and rests his eyes.

Madoushi: My worrisome little brother...

Madoushi passes out, then several minutes later wakes to a scream. his eyes shoot open, and he sees his brother running towards him from the house, he smiles at first then sees the smoke coming from the door and the first lick of flames inside. The house had caught fire! Madoushi shot up onto his feet as his brother reached him, he consoled him and dashed towards the house.

Makenshi: Brother wait!

Makenshi begins running after him but tripping up on a pebble he falls to the ground and crys as he watches his brother dissappear into the house and he hears footsteps around him. Suddenly he feels someone tying his arms and a burlap sack placed unto his head. Still crying, makenshi kicks out at the person picking him up.

Anonymous ninja: Son of bi- i think he broke a rib with that kick...

Anonymous ninja 2: Really? Quite strong for a child his age, well maybe not considering his parents no matter he comes with us.

Anonymous ninja: Yes sir, and what of the parents and brother?

Anonymous ninja 2: kill the parents capture the brother if you can. I'll take him with me.

The fire raged on in makenshis memory, but he forgot everything else about that night, even the memory that his brother could still be alive.When he awoke, he found himself in the village hidden in the clouds, in the raikage himself's office.

Mugiwara: Welcome to Kumogakure, i do hope you find your accomodations well... accomodating.

Makenshi: Umm yes sir

Makenshi looked around slowly taking in the surroundings of the roomm he was in then looking towards a window he sprinted to it and looked out gasping.

Abilities:

The will of the cloud: Makenshi has a very strong will from the kind people of kumogakure where he grew up. Makenshi owes everything to them and as such minor injuries and cuts dont affect him in battle. As well as a fearless fighting spirit to press on no matter what.

Water Affinity: As one of his speacialty's Makenshi can use all water techniques with at most 3 hanseals, he also can switch to this chakra nature and use much faster.

Wind Affinity: As one of his speacialty's he can use wind jutsu's faster.

Cold Resistance and effects: Being an ice user his body is adjusted to temperatures of extreme cold, and unlike most he is not perturbed by this, it actually quickens his reflexes and perception of things.

Ice Release: As makenshi's KG he is unique in that he can manipulate ice.
