He wears a blue samurai attire with 6 katana's (3 on each side), and his helmet being capable of having the breathing apparatus of the other samurai but opts not to wear it most of the time since it further hinders his sight, it also has a large yellow/gold crescent moon on it.

►Personality: Date is a arrogant, energetic, strategic, tactical and a fearless young Samurai who never backs down even when the situation's seem impossible he continues to stand his ground.

My name is, Date Masamune, I was born in the Land of Iron. As a kid I quickly grew into the way of the Samurai, due to my father being a Samurai and me wanting to follow in his footsteps. I would spend every day after academy training myself and honing in on my skills. One day when my father was called out to war against a rogue group of Ninja's who invaded into our land in an attempt to kill our leader. Though they were stopped my father was killed from a Lightning technique a Rogue shinobi used as he was dying.

Ever since then I grew up resenting the Ninja's and everything the stood for seeing them as cowards with no sense of honor. I was the top of my class growing up due to my strategic and tactical ways of thinking even when situations became impossible in my odds. At that young age I was impressing those around me with my proficiency of suing two swords with ease.....but one day while I was training at home several of the elders came to me and told me that I should seek out training from the man named Zenryoku Kusunoki Masashige Kaito. But during my studies I learned that Master Zenryoku was originally from a Ninja territory and thus I respectively declined them, and told them that I will master my own way of the sword. The elders all smiled at me and said "Very well then" as the made their leave. After meeting them with my heart angry with their offer I gripped onto both of my swords and I cut down the training dummy I always used for practicing. Several years later when myself and my 5 classmates and friends graduated from our academy we were assigned a mission to investigate robberies on our country borders. Upon arrival we encountered a shinobi named Bishamon Sarutobi with allies named Grimmjow and Roku who were attacking a small group of Samurai's, we rushed to their aid to fight back against these invading Shinobi. No matter how hard we fought back against them they always seemed to have the upper hand against us until I saw my friends ganging up on the one named Grimmjow I went to run to their aid so we could cut him down but Bishamon suddenly appeared infront of me with a javelin and swung at me....I managed to destroy his javelin...but at the cost of my right eye. But even then I grabbed my swords and continued to try and get to my friends with Bishamon impressed with my desire to aid my friends he stepped aside just at the moment Grimmjow had cut them all down with one strike.......enraged I jumped into the air dropping one of my swords and grabbing all of my friends katana's I glared coldly into Grimmjow's eyes while holding all 6 katana's at once I lunged at him at such a speed he was unable to follow and I cut him down and I continued to go after Bishamon.....but the moment I did he blasted me in the chest with some type of earth technique. With a loss of one of their allies they left with Bishamon giving praise to my abilities at such a young age.

After the events that occurred at the border the village elder escorted me back to Three Wolves Mountain where the Samurai Leader resided. Upon our arrival and the elder telling our master what I have done. He bestowed upon me the title "One-Eyed Dragon"....he asked if I would surrender my friend's katana's in remembrance of their loyal service....I stood holding all of their katana's including my own, and with my eye closed I opened it looking at the leader and said "Never....I will remember them the way they would have lived, and I will make their katana's and my own.......my Dragon Claws".....shocked with what I said he quietly smirked and said "Such a young Samurai but yet I can already tell you will make a grand leader one day Masamune, Date" upon hearing those words I walked out of the Three Wolves mountains with my head held high with a new focus in sight.

For the last 6 years I have trained myself in mastering the art of wielding my "Dragon Claws". I have slain many shinobi and have fought against several of highest ranks. But yet I still felt as if I could learn more....move quicker and react faster......with my most loyal ally at side, Kojuurou Katakura, I decided to go out and seek training from the man I was once told about.....Zenryoku Kusunoki Masashige Kaito....the "Half Step Kaito". I knew he had perfected his own art of combat and I wanted to master it. Myself, and Katakura both knew that even as my right eye he wouldn't always be able to be there for me in combat and believed it would be best for me to seek out this training while he held the frontlines against any Shinobi attack while I sought out training. Upon me finding Zenryoku.....I asked him for training and as he saw I wielding 6 katana's he smirked and told me that I have had enough training of my own and didn't need his training, with those words I was enraged and quickly threw one of my katana's at his head......and I missed...shocked at what I saw I demanded for him to train me and he said..."The One-Eyed Dragon.....that name suits you perfectly you ill-tempered young man"...upon him saying those words I shouted at him "Ill-tempered!? You don't know the half of it if you don't train me and my friend...and Second in command dies because of you old f***ing ass refusing to train me!!".....impressed with how I talked to him without showing any regret.....Zenryoku said very well...and thus I began my training.......(to be continued….)

►Weapons: The same as every other samurai in the Land of Iron. He has mastered several different types of weapons ranging from katana’s of several lengths, spears, bows and war fans. But mainly sticks to using his 6 katana's he calls his "Dragon Claws".

►Kenjutsu: He has mastered all forms of kenjutsu that all great samurai's have mastered. He is so proficient with his kenjutsu that he has done something no other samurai has done and wields up to 6 katana's at one time. This skill is even more devastating when combined with his close quarters combat skills.

►Taijutsu and Physical Prowess: Date is a master of close quarters combat even without his katana's at hand he is highly devastating. Over the many years of training to be a samurai, and learning to wield his weapons he practiced fighting with just his bare hands as well, mastering the art of several martial arts techniques. He has proven capable of taking devastating blows and continue to fight regardless of the injuries he has sustained.
