*as I punch the tree violently, the flame on my forehead begins to rekindle and then it becomes a bright orange flame as I make the next punch flames on my fists ignite. Then as my fist connects with the stiff bark I hear the sharp cracks of the breaking wood as the tree topples over and hits the dry, yellow sand of the beach.*

Finally.......let's see how long I can keep this up again
