Rain is a combination of water and wind release it is a condensed form of water molecules present in the air around us and therefor it is very versatile and useful and can be used in many ways in narutoverse it is used to either condense and make spike rain etc. etc.

It is strong against fire
It is weak against earth

I quickly take control of my chakra control and start to make it more denser and stronger and while continuing the process for some time I release that chakra into the my surrounding and make travel to the sky and use it form rain clouds and sending more chakra into them I quickly start to make it rain.

I quickly sit down in an meditation stance and start to calm my spiritual and mental energy and then I isolate myself from all my surrounding except the rain and start to feel every single drop of it which comes in contact with my body and I focus on them and come to know that they can be also be used in an destructive way by just increasing it's mere force or solidify it by using wind but on the contrary it is all so very soothing as you said

I quickly gather a decent amount of raindrops in my palm and start to concentrate chakra into them while continuously passing more and more chakra into them I quickly using shape manipulation change it's shape into a orb or rain.
