i think Kagami is Tobi, because wasnt Kagami a student of the 2nd Hokage who knew the space time jutsu and could have taught it to Kagami, because in the battle between Minato and Tobi, Minato says that Tobi's space time jutsu is better than his and the 2nd hokage's and the 2nd hokage was also referred to as Tobirama in a Danzo flash back, Tobi=Tobirama and maybe Kagami is a son of either Izuna or Madara bent on revenge of what happened to his dad or uncle

This does make good sense, more believable than the OP

The First does need to return only for the fact it would be epic to see him fight, or even to see him flash back to learn his story

Not kekkei genkais like mokuton so no even if he does copy water (does sharingan let you do that? Someone remind me plz) he wont be able to do mokuton.

Ok so I was re watching Naruto Shippuden and I noticed that Tobi deactivated his Sharingan on episode 141 after realizing that Itachi implanted Amaterasu into Sasuke. The reason I'm posting this is because this may rule out the fact that Tobi is someone who isn't part of the Uchiha clan because unlike Kakashi he can deactivate it while Kakashi has to cover it up. Another thing is my bad if I'm stating the obvious to some since the only reason I'm posting this is because I remember someone saying he never deactivated his sharingan somewhere on this forum.

Here's when he deactivates it.

It's possible, especially since he was able to access the Nakano shrine, and because of his knowledge of all the Uchiha's history, but we'll never know unless Kishi reveals his identity.

In response to your picture, if you look closely you can still see two of the usual three tomoe in his eye, which means that his Sharingan is still activated. I think the shadows in the scene make it harder to see his Sharingan.

EDIT: This is the same scene as depicted in the manga

His Sharingan has been active throughout the scene, and it doesn't quite make sense for him to deactivate it.
