[Discussion] Questions about Orochimarus existance

Okay this isnt the usual oro questions mine are about him literally. Now the first one that comes to mind is how does orochimaru keep his memories? I mean he was sealed with itachi yet its as if he still know everything thats going on. To me there are multiple orochimarus not just one. But what if they came back amd all have different ambitions? Then which one is the real one? To me orochimaru seems way to complex to compare him to hocrux and voldermort. Orochimarus isnt a single being. Honestly to me Orochimaru is more like Sephiroth in FF7. Sephiroth created images of himself to do his bidding while the real on was attached to the asteroid. So if this the case where is the REAL orochimaru? If he keeps dying and coming back and still csn remember everything without losing knowledge then the curse marks are more along the lines as transmitters for him i.e. nagato and pain. I honestly dont think if you release all the curse marks oro will die. It just simply wont allow him to appear but not die. My opinion is he is saving his true form for a final moment. Even if he absorbs Sasuke its still really isnt the real oro. The first to try was sealed. So then who is this one?

Im sorry everyone i dont know of im overthinking this, but it just seems that oro has much much more up his sleeves than anyone is giving him credit for.

There is only one Orochimaru. Oro was never sealed into Totsuka, he turned into a small white snake at the last second but got burned by Amaterasu, probably knowing one of his followers would resurrect him.

Good thread I'm a oro fanboy and I Dnt really know answer to this I mean well oro simply prepares for the worst
In case of his death or sealing he made shore he can b ressurceted he perfected edo tensi and realized in edo tensi he can't use his mind he would b controlled
So he made a way for him to b ressrurected without being controlled I guess..

He said it himself his conscious was split with his chakra.Just like Minato did when he sealed himself in naruto.With additional chakra of his own and someone to activate the seal it allows him to return.He mentioned it that he was not as powerful as he was once was and it will take some time.

I don't know if I buy multiple Orochimaru's though I do buy into that he would hide his true body and send in replicas to do dirty work. Also, historically the snake represents immortality and rebirth so it's not really that hard to see Oro would return.
