why were the mods so irritated when ThtOneGuy said we need more mods.

it is ok we understand that you have lives too so it is practically impposible to be a mod online always.

it is no offense but it is true.

Because they thought that whoever agreed with that thread think that the Mods don't do their Jobs perfectly and are slacking off, which is ofcourse not rue, the site right now is balanced, too many mods and it'll just Suck, they know when they need new mods, right now I think we're good, I do agree though that some stupid threads reach the hottest threads cause they weren't closed in time due to a Mod being busy in RL and other things, but nothing big has happened that required more Mods than we have right now. IMO

Anyway, it's not up to us to decided if there are new mods required, but to the administrators, in other words, Nexus. If they think it's necessary to have more mods, then they will hold an application process thingy...

'Why were the mods irritated?' Quick look through the thread confirms that i was the only mod that posted there. So clearly you must be talking about me.
This was my post:

Keep in mind that we all have different timezones. We all have jobs/uni/college that also take up our time. None of us are on 24/7. So we are not able to see all the problems [Every post of every thread in every section]- It is impossible.

If the admins think we need more mods, they will open the apps again. Until then, please report any posts/threads and we'll take care of it asap.

I was not irritated. All i did was state some facts that answered the OP's questions. Oh and please, next time you feel the need to say anything directed to someone specific (or me), please PM or VM them and don't waste my time by forcing me to check threads like this when i could be checking threads that you are complaining about.
