Yamata no Orochi is already taken by Orochimaru. Tengu is already taken by Susano'o. So that leaves Phoenix, Dragon, and Tiger like creatures.

If you look at the cleaner scans of 10-tails it appears to have wings, so i'm going to rule out Tiger. So I'm going to say a Dragon or a Phoenix type creature, but i'd say Phoenix is the most likely since it fits the Uchiha's connection to birds motif.
you know, I think you are right... It should be the phoenix then because wasn't dragon taken by Kabuto too? We already have a Tiger Biijuu... I am simply sayin this because there are too many beasts to start repeating any in this story... yeah?
