Madara its not using EMS, because probably it makes him use a lot
of chakra so, he just desactivates his EMS. It just that simple and about
the first and madara fight, he maybe didnt develop the time/space jutsu,
around that time, he still was a novice with his EMS he probably still
learning how to use to its potential.

There Is No Disadvantage In That Technique..In Fact It Is An Advantage For The User..You Can Just Transfer Your Soul One To Another..

there is a weakness orochimaru dosnt have the same physical abilities
of his original body, u only can use the body for 3 years until he starts
weakining, and its body is limited to the container potential so if
orochimaru take a common body of a shinobi it not going to have
the same potential like sasukes body.

Yeah..Thats Why I Had The Theory That Uchiha Madara Transferred To The Body Of Uchiha Obito By The Use Of That Kinjutsu Because Uchiha Obito Has The Uchiha Bloodline..He Weilds The Sharingan Too
