Second Place:
- Rights to decide the image to be coloured for the next competition

this is the best comp yet 4 competitors!!

i reckon bi-weekly because its takes me quite a while to do mine

and i get tired doing it every week!!!

so bi-weekly would be best. and it gives us at least 2weeks of new manga to possibly have an image from !! :D

Question! after we color it are we allowed to use any other effects to make it look better? like lightning and gradients and such, just minor adjustments or we leave it plain and boring after we color it? lol
