I dont know i searched for Jiraiya on Google pics so i could use the colors from the real image what do you think is this enough to win or you are expecting better

Damn to be honest i wanted to post this image so i could win but somehow i didnt want to be on a bad reputation of stealing images:D last night i started drawing but it is so iritating somehow when i click the layer and start to use the BURN tool nothing happens

might wnt to color all the parts, and smudge the shading or something. try the dodge tool where u think its needed
