I really like how amazing and far you've gone this being your first try. It's taken me years to reach the colour level I'm at.^^
I'll give some CnC if you're interested:

The colour tones are different, the background is just as bright as the characters. Dull the base tones, and only show depth with tones and lighting. Madara is too bright...and the lack of a black outline detours the picture. Your shading placement is really good though!

Well , if you would not use that white lines on his hair it would be better.
Shading is pretty good but armor looks really bad with those colors , its too bright .
+Mainly you should choose darker colors if you want to color lineart. Not black , only little darker than color used for shade.

Cant critize bg because its just few colors :P
