Because Idashi hasnt been introduced into shippuden Yet, but in Regular Naruto after episode 220, Idashi Uchiha is Madara's Nephew and has almost as much Chakra as the Juubi its self, Idashi was orochimaru's first apprentice and reason why Orochimaru desired the sharingan as much as he did, Kimmimaru came not to long afterwards as Orochimaru's second apprentice not to long after Idashi Disappeared.

Im not TROLLING NOR JOKING look for his name Idashi Uchiha. and look for Idoshen Uchiha Madara's 2nd Brother and reason why he gained the Mangekyou sharingan. Idoshen Uchiha was the very first person to posses the black flames but NOT due to the mangekyou, but as a ninjustu, this infatuated Madara so much to the point where he was driven to kill Idoshen by using his wife as a sick game knowing Idoshen would do anything to protect his wife and son, Madara killed Idoshen but failed to obtain the Black flames as Ninjustu but got a very rare genjustu. this is how Madara gained the Mangekyou sharingan. Idoshen is Madara's 2nd brother and Father of Idashi Uchiha. look for Naruto shippuden episode 136 and you will see Madara put 3 kunai into Idoshen's back gaining the mangekyou sharingan afterwards.

Happened to me when I was 14, didn't know of the manga and read a fanfic where itachi's akatsuki partner was a hyuga and they infiltrated the leaf and whiped out the hyuga's along with capturing naruto, sasuke, gaara and neji in order to train them to be in akatsuki, I soon found out the Shit was fake.lol
