      eh dude
      lets make it straight and quick
      1st of all u have to develop lightning style affinity in urself
      the chakra papers will help in that when u'll have it
      once you have lightning chakra you can proceed in learning different techniques dat require this affinity,
      at the begining you only have lightning style technique
      PS: Hells is too much busy how do u think he'll be training, i had to ask 3 times for the same water element (God bless him ), the trainers for gennin are Izuna and Roku
