Tobi physically blocks one of guy's attacks. I think some weakness in his phasing justu made him unwilling or unable to block it. Mabye the techneque uses a lot of chakra or there's a limit to how much he can use it. I do appologize if someone already posted this idea

I would have to say 2 out of 5 bcuz the whole chapter was tobi dodging shit, rocks flying, & majority of the thought bubble was like ......!, thump!, crack!, & whut. like whut the **** fight already dammit lol

I see ppl saying it was Naruto that cracked Tobi's mask.... NO!!! it wasn't Naruto all u fan boyz, it was Gai that actually cracked it when Tobi said he will start with Gai. Gai actually swings his soushuuga through Tobi and then kicks it back to that side of Tobi's mask, which surprised and caught Tobi off guard for a sec http://www.narutobase.net/manga/Naruto/595/10

Ppl say Tobi is strong, No he is not and this is the simplest reason why he is not strong (no need to back this up, jst common sense); Tobi shld jst die already, as old as he is with his experience with Sharingan, shinobi world and now rennigan, he cant beat a 16 yr old Naruto :flaw:.... and that 16 yr old will crush him soon simple... If he was as young as Naruto and Sasuke, they would own him straight up

Minato's base speed did not beat tobi.It was the fact that Tobi didn't know much about the ftg until he fought minato.The v2 FTG pound caked Tobi because he didn't know about it.You also are forgetting it didn't even kill his old ass let alone kunai didn't.What makes you think he is going to fall for the same trick twice?

Tobi is boss...also he has the rinnegan now and gedo mazou sht is to much.

if there is an FTG level 2. then there'll be level 3 and more level... plus doing FTG and sealing techs will beat tobi! so don't conclude that tobi can beat minato.

how can ppl think Tobi would have owned present day Minato if he didnt die?! Minato wld hv new techniques like Rasenshuriken but mixed with something else, he is a brilliant fellow, not d type that wont practice at all, look at what he achieved in his life time and extrapolate that to d present.... his FTG wld be like level 10 (exaggerated but still very high)... after Tobi fought Minato, he is assumed to have been practicing and getting stronger and ready to take over d world... where has he gotten to? unable to even kill minato's 16 yr old son smh

He is not even trying he is simply using normal attacks.. I think he has a grate level of ninjutsu as madara has... Lets see what happens

Manga is meaningless without talk or without words. In anime, we can predict clue from the sounds if there is no chit-chat........As the manga is only visual medium, we need words or character to talk to communicate with the manga.............I doubt if anybody before experimented manga without words or something........But, for me it's a total disaster.........................How much action there is, it's still worthless if there is chit-chat among characters..............So, for me, it's a big zERO for this manga.

lol common dude.. first hokage cannot destroy the village he started.. to me i believe another person is pulling the strings...i rewatched the battle between the 4th and tobi. tobi told him he had no idea how long he has been waiting for that moment..-meaning that guy must be a really old nigga. when minato wounded him. his hand just melted off.. when he fought torune danzo's bodyguard he just broke off his whole arm. this guy is the real madara. The other madara that the hokages are battling is just another body just like pains dolls.. with susano and rennigan

lol this was one boring ass chapter .... 1... the action was lame no important jutsu just punch ...punch ... a bit of crack and they all failed

The whole chapter was straight action, Kakashi bringing it, Guy (first time with 2 nunchaku), combo attacks, finally a crack in the mask.... and it's STILL too boring for some of you? How on earth have you read this series for this long?

Suddenly Tobi is struck by apowerful uppercut from a Sage clone rising from the ground.*
At the same instance, his finger tips are still touching Naruto, an attack from above. Two shadow clones appeared at the same time with...

Naruto, " you fight like your in a hurry. Well i figure if your stuck fighting for more than five minutes, your defenseless."
Tobi, "doesn't matter only one person has managed to attack me constantly for fiveminutes, she still folded like her paper jutsu!"
Naruto, {Konan.} " let's go!"
Suddenly the ground Tobi is standing on rises into the air.*
Tobi, "?!"
It is two sage clones jumpingup lifting it. Naruto jumps up and the clones toss it.
Naruto. "multi shadow clone jutsu!"
There are hundreds of clones around on the groundand in the *air with them.
Gai, "he took the option of him going into the ground!"
Naruto clones are dashing for him and swinging through. Tobi is leaning backwards about to fall whenhe solidifies to gain footing.
Naruto, "four and half more minutes, hang on!"
next: "the Shadow clone Sage prevails!"

also is it possible tobi is the son of 3rd hokage and father of konohamaru ? tobi standing for sarutobi ? that might be how he knows so much about kakashi and gai and alot of other things? he had direct insight on everything the hokage had and such ?

Has anyone considered that maybe NOBODY cracked the mask and it just broke a bit on its own? Theres too much confusion over who hit Tobi which leads me to believe that neither of them did. Maybe it's just breaking from the stress of the battle. I'm sure that headbutt had some effect on it earlier.
