How to defeat Tobi now.....?

The only thing I am really sure that jutsu manage to keep Tobi with his intangibility techs, It's the s/t.
The one who can effect Tobi most is Minato and Naruto right now, but minato is not there of course. We haven't seen Naruto's body flicker tech, but he can't use ftg like his dad can, because Minato's ftg is a secret seal, not for someone who just learn it, It's difficult. To defeat Tobi, u need a brain and the user needs a s/t too, Tobi can insantly using his Intangibility tech though, but Naruto's speed can't keep up to Tobi's s/t. Tobi can sure go straight under the ground and using his space-time migration tech, then game over for Naruto. Naruto can't escape his migration techs, the only way to counter it is ftg.
I am saying this because Tobi's level has increase a lot, and the battle he fought against 4th hokage ( Minato ) was almost the same level like right now with his rinnegan. Thanks to Kabuto, he gave the seven tailed beast to Tobi, but Kabuto failed and Tobi lost them, and he just have gedo mazo and his Intangibility tech with his s/t. Naruto is our only hope for now, if he can really reach up to his Minato's brain. He needs his brain to think like Minato then game over for u Tobi, If Minato was there he could find a method that hits Tobi quickly then cut his head off and says farewell to him.

Naruto already have the speed. I think he will hit him with a rasengan in the next few chapters.

While I agree that current tobi is on another level if he were to fight minato the way he is fighting Naruto, kakashi and gai right now. History will just repeat it self. This would just happen again
