Look carefully at the scan, half of Tobi's body is intangible under the rock and is holding the WarFan while Naruto blocks it solid.

Supposedly his hand should go right through the handle of the fan then. So the question is, how is he intangible while still being able to hold onto something solid??

Tobi can ony make hims ttelf intangible for 5 minutes so when he run out tobi will be in a bad situation because Guy , Kakashi,Naruto and bee that's not a very good situation IMO

Just a thought, as hinted many times, the fan could also be an relict.
So maybe his ability is to hit everything, and it doesnt matter to it if his wielder or his target is "unhittable" through s/t or anything similar

The fan continues to move in it's directed path because of inertia and Tobi keeps his hand in place around it so he doesn't loose grip when he becomes tangible again. I also assume he's becoming intangible for very short periods of time.

LOL, Tobi's lower body part is still under the rock, a very short period of tangibility would destroy his lower body part.

To become intangible he transports individual parts of his body elsewhere as stated by kakashi (i think)..... If this is wrong then its probably a mistake
