Well Nagato wld go full out against Sasuke as he does not have Kurama and preta path can actually abosorb Ninjutsu plus Sasuke cant find Nagato in the tree as he is not a sensor plus Sasuke's talk no jutsu wont work on Nagato. So the out come looks bad for him.

what form of sasuke are we talking about here normal sharingan he gets stomped he would probly do alright and beat a few bodies but not win with MS hes got a much better chance probly almost as good a chance as naruto did with EMS his chances are probly better then sage mode if not = and i think it could go both ways but we will probly lose but if or when sasuke gets rennigan he would destroy pain

Sasuke loses because he doesn't have talk no jutsu that will change Nagato's heart. Pain not going for the kill and in a weakened state will give Sasuke the edge in the fight but once Deva gets its powers back Sasuke is done.
