FTG is instantaneous S/T tech so of course its going to be faster as it has no travel time or does not mind any obstacles in the path. But KM naruto is faster than A.

Minato teleporting to the kunai is unmatched as it is space/time ninjutsu. Naruto is the fastest moving ninja. As he is even faster than A.

It's not possbile to be faster than Minato with FTG, you can be on his level (if you have a S/T of your own)but you cannot surpass instantaneous teleportation.

RM Naruto can only use Minato level speed when he uses Shunshin no Jutsu and he can't control it well in RM. It's BM Naruto whose got Minato like speed and can control it.
