When Madara becomes strong enough to create a moon while on his deathbed maybe i'll consider him being stronger than so6p
When Madara can make stuff out of nothing then i'll consider him stronger than so6p.
Madara is tough but the sage would rape him with both eyes closed while having some ramen:P
