Press Win+R -> type in "cmd.exe" -> the cmd-window pops up ->
type in "net user YOUR_USERNAME *" (e.g. "net user Administrator *") ->
you will be prompted to enter a new password. Do it... Twice. :D
Voila - you've set a new password. ;D

Now you can remove it completely in the control panel.
