false. and even if its true, minato wasn't referring to current orochimaru nor did he know about tsunade's new jutsu byakugou. oro explicitly said he underestimated oro

White Fang... all we know is he had "similar fame" to the pre-prime Sannin (who were all vastly weaker, without their best techs and abilities). That's virtually nothing to go on, we don't even know if he was "as strong" as pre-prime Sannin, only that he was "of similar fame"... since fame doesn't equal power, we basically have nothing to go on to justify arguing for him over Obito.
