each eye is 1 minute. so if the minute ran out, the next 9 would be spent with izanagi off and with danzo covering the battlefield in traps and such. so minato running away is the worst possible strategy as obito pointed out, or sasuke would have done the same thing. attacking hard and fast is the only way to defeat danzo. getting close is also a horrible strategy as one touch and its over (curse seal)

Well, Danzou would likely waste his Izanagi on things like Kunai and Shuriken. Minato can definately work out Danzou's secret (as Sasuke was able to) and ensure he wastes his eyes. Knowing Minato, he wouldn't even exhaust that much chakra doing so, whereas Sasuke was pushed to his limits interms of using up alot of his chakra. If Ma & Pa are summoned and Frog Song is used, the match is over.

If danzo gets close to cursing minato, he tele's away. if danzo fills the field with traps, minato only needs to be their for .00001 seconds to rasengan danzo in the anywere fatal.

Also, make it 2 days. Danzo wont bother setting up traps for that.

Has danzo shown any inclination towards traps anyway? apart from scuicide sucky up trap. That takes 5 minutes of flashback to activate.

its a basic chunin skill to use explosive tags and log traps. and your saying this kage level beast with 70 years of combat experience cant?

minato only needs to be their for .00001 seconds to rasengan danzo in the anywere fatal.

minato has to throw the kunais near him first. kunais dont move at the speed of light

and nearly died just from teleporting kurama then dead demon seal. none of which is useful on danzo who can turn izanagi off if minato retreats for long range
