What Characters do you feel that Kishi failed to continue development!

Characters that already were badass but he could have shown the being even more badass or characters that just needed to be development just a little more to become a beast. Me personally I feel that Sakura Neji and Lee. It kinda makes me mad just thinking abo:mad:ut it. so much potential wasted but the manga is almost over what can I do now :shrug:

This is like the 10th time i'm saying this but the Konoha 11 without NarutO. They were awesome in part 1 and you don't even see them in a proper fight in part 2.

Sakura, even though I dislike her probably needs a power up. Neji and lee have both been raped by time. Kiba and shino have also gotten no development. The only reason hinata has is because she loves naruto.

Ino, Neji, Rock Lee, Shino, Hinata, Kiba, Ten Ten ....... we need to know more about their powers and limitations. But as they are arriving as reinforcements to help Naruto we may see a bit of their powers.

I would of liked Kishimoto to really continue development on the Konoha 11. I really feel like after the Sasuke retrieval arc he thought he did enough which is a shame. And how about the character's that didn't even really do much in that arc like Shino and Ten Ten. Thats the only thing i really dislike about the series really.

Kankuro may be my fav, but he needs serious character development or else Sasori will always overshadow him in people's eyes. He needs an epic battle scene and not the rushed battle he got with the ambush fight in order for people to gain more respect for him and his abilities.

He stopped developing all the teens that Naruto went to the chuunin exam with. Like the Konoha kids, the sand siblings (except for Gaara). I dislike that alot but I think it's just too much work to focus on everyone at the same time, expecially now that the story is at a climax. Currently it's all about the main characters' fights, the end of the war and so on. Too bad there is just no place for smaller characters anymore. But I still have hope to see more of them again.

Baki,the guy took down a konoha jonin like it was child's play.sakura as well,he should have made her faster,given her a slug summon like jiraiya and oro did to naruto and sasuke,and given her an element like suiton which would be good for her.gaara needs a kg like magnet release,the 3rd and 4th kazekages had it,he should have it too,also he needs a summon as well.kankuro needs to show more stuff.lee as well as neji,tenten,shino,kiba are nerfed so much.

I think he failed on developing Naruto's intelligence. It's still on 4 year olds level.

Sakura. She was awesome in the Sasori fight, and then she got neglected.
