, you dont need senju dna to perform inzanagi, having senju dna only boost the time you can use inzanagi for thats it.

Fail. You don't need Senju Dna for Izanagi. Uchihas practically spammed it. Itachi explained it here. They needed to create a whole new jutsu because they were OP'd with it.

There is a chance you only need Senju DNA to use Izanagi IF you are a non-Uchiha. This makes Danzo and Tobi both fakes.

Tobi's Izanagi was complete, but the Uchiha and Danzo Izanagi was incomplete . . . . plus there were a lot of Senju then so it was not difficult to gather some Senju DNA. OR as Usual Tobi may be lieing . . . that means he was lieing about Nagato's Rinnegan too.

this anime has some fail plots or storyline. I try to ignore them. Regardless, I like this anime cuz it entertains me.

If you want it perfected then yes both DNA if you want a weaker one then just Uchiha.

You don't need senju DNA to use Izanagi, Itachi is pretty much proof of this. What Tobi was saying to Konan is that because of HASHIRAMA'S DNA he is able to control Izanagi for a much longer period than it normally should. Tobi states that since Danzou couldn't control Hashirama's chakara, he was unable to perform a complete version of Izanagi. I guess since its a Uchiha based ability.
