Edit: He and Naruto are and always will be EQUALS, fans of both need to realise that. We haven't seen Sasukes EMS in use yet.

He's actually mostly underrated by his haters, and then you have the couple too enthusiastic fans that overrate him.
There are not many people who actually take the time to understand his personality and actions before they post something about him -_-

Hes ok his fighting style is getting sloppier tho as the manga progresses because of his confidence i actually like watching his fights more than any other character because of his genius and craftiness even tho hes my least liked character in fact i hate him

Sasuke is more underrated than overrated. Sasuke fans are far and in between. His fans do give him a lot of credit but the people who hate him use that as an excuse to put him on unbelievably low standards.
