Looks:Levy is a young, teenage girl with a slender build and stands at a height below average for her age. She sports blue hair, with the top cut short and the bottom longer, normally tied up with a colored bandana around her head. While her hair is initially rather straight, over time her hair has grown more wavy and wild, with more locks hanging down the sides of her face. Her outfit varies, she has been seen wearing both dresses or a tank top with shorts. Her tattoo is located on her left shoulder blade. When performing tasks like researching, she wears a pair of Reading Glasses and tends to tie up her hair out of her face.

Personality:Levy is a very intelligent shinobi. Though she may be young she has been praised many times for her intellect. In her village she is known as a very kind, fun-loving women who is loved by everyone in her village. In battle, Levy is a very calculating person, she is always trying to stay two steps ahead of her opponent and catch them off guard. While she is fighting she is very serious but often her emotions are swayed to look after her comrades even in the heat of a conflict.Levy is dreamed to become Hokage of Konoha someday.

Description:The user makes words in solid form out of their own elemental chakra that changes to take on the form of what the word was (i.e. writing “fire” would create fire, writing “Mud” would create Mud, etc.) For an expansion on the explanation, by creating the words out of chakra and infusing them with one type of elemental chakra, the word can actually take on the form of what it spelled out. So by writing out “hole” on the ground, and infusing one’s earth chakra into it, one could create a pitfall trap in order to confine an opponent. By writing out “wind” in the air, and infusing one’s wind element chakra into the word, a protective barrier of wind could be formed capable of defending against Ninja Tools, and other weaker attacks. By writing out “Fire” in the air or on the ground, and infusing one’s fire element chakra into the word, one could create a protective wall of fire to defend against taijutsu, and so on like this. The words can take form either as English words or as Kanji, either way it is the same result.*

Background Info.*
History:Levy Mcgarden,a very young girl born in the Land of Lighting to proud members off the Ranton Clan,however her mother lost her life during birth thus make her father sorrow.Levy was raised by her dad till she was about 4 years old,when her father died in an attempt to stop the 8th tails during its rampage.Lost and helpless Levy was put into foster care till she was old enough to be on her own.Rasied an orphan she didnt know much about her parents and about the Land.Later a stranger by the name of Akiza adopted her as her foster sister,later leaving Kumo at age 5 towards Hidden Leaf.Once at the new village she learnt about her clan's hidden kekkai genkai and was taught to use it well combining her Water and Lighting togther to create Ranton.Levy was then put into the care of Konoha's librarian and became in love with reading and writing.She enrolled to Leaf's Ninja Acadamey passing with the higest grades all year and even higher than most Jounin.By age 7 Levy has read every book in the Library amazed her foster mother to get even more books for her to read and learn more about.Studying histories of all the lands,maps,timeline and stories even cracking some off the most hardest riddles ever,Levy was always a source to find information from.By age 10 she was the youngest and smartest Chunin in leaf,though she prepered being in the background creating battle plans instead.During her Jounin exams she meet her foster sister Akiza yet again,telling her how much she grew up but a confused Levy wonders about there history,Akiza telling her "You know alot but yet you can even remember me..".Levy graduated into a Jounin at age 15,being the smartest Jounin in the village ever.Now knowing her own history Levy dosnet intend on trying to find out more as she was raised in a better place.People even considered her a Sannin but she finds it irrelevent as she was not strong compared to the original 3 but later knew what they meant being she is the one of the best of the best in leaf even close to Hokage level.Levy at age 17 resides in hidden leaf still training in hand to hand combat and working on her Affinity of Water.
