Gin for me, although, it could be dangerous is Tousen is given the chance to go bankai, the sad thing is Gin's zanpakuto is way too fast for that.

Gin wins his fighting style is ridiculous His blades reach and speed are incredible. A scratch from it has the pontental to kill.

Gin was a genius comparable to Byakuya and Kaien. He was as young as Byakuya and finished the Academy in 1 year like Kaien. I don't remember Tousen ever receiving such recognition.
