i was in awe i do alot of sparing at karate with semi contact they must of had to hold back alot to not hit with some of those moves very well choreographed

We don't do a lot of sparing in my dojo, sensei says it's counter productive in a real fight since we have to follow rules in sparing that wouldn't constitute in a real fight. We do a lot of Kumite sets though

However I can say it's not impossible to throw a full powered techniques and control them to the point where impact isn't damaging. It's timing really but it's mostly the higher level students who can do it, I have err, moderate control.

But that video was well made regardless, I would love to see more of that.

Yoda is my favorite character of all time closely followed by Jiraiya....

And now your talking about fighting, or training a specific martial arts... I dont do that... but I am practicing sword fighting and i got a real katana...
