This thread will contain announcements concerning the Fill Up The Bubble Contest. For each announcement, a new post will be made by the host, moderator of this section or others who have power to do so. These announcements may include updates, information on delays, change of rules etc etc.

Contest Delay

Fill Up The Bubble; Week 16 will be pushed back to Sunday, the 12th of August, 2012. During this time, I ask of all those who take part in this contest to remain patient. ^^

Late Prizes

Due to the absence of both Rei and Zise (on vacation), the distribution of prizes will be on hold (or a slow process) for a couple weeks, please be patient!
I am also aware that the winners of the past couple weeks have not received their prizes yet.

Prize Distribution

The Winners that haven't received their Prizes from FUB#14 to FUB#16 has been cleared thanks to help from Tsuchi and Nexus, all winners have received their prizes with an exception of the first place winners (they couldn't get cyan), however, for those 1st place winners of FUB#14 to FUB#16 interested in a name change, please send me a private message.

If you got the wrong prize, or if something is missing, please PM with "►FUB [Prize Issue]" as the title.

Contest Delay

NB has been upgraded to vBulletin 4, as a result, maintenance is currently in progress. The Kumi and Awards plugins (along with some others) are unavailable for the time being. The contest will be continued when maintenance is complete/when those plugins are re-added. Please have patience during this time, thank you.

FUB:20

Kumi and wards are still unavailable, however, I'll be continuing the Contest without it. Reason being, it's unsure when they will return. At the moment, the prize will be A Cyan username, name change, and 150x300 avatar permission. Fill Up The Bubble 20, will commence on Sunday, October 21st, 2012.

Management Complete

I've made a few changes to the Contest. The most important changes were the updating of the stuck threads, the contest will continue as usual this Sunday (3rd) or Monday (4th).

Rule Changes
Removed the rule stating that all entries must be in PNG format.
Photobucket was added as a website that should not be used for uploading.
Cheating in anyway earns the user a permanent ban from the contest.
The Global Rules have been updated, ensure to read through it.
Some minor changes were made.
