Don't know if Tsunade has a counter against Kurenai genjutsu. Don't know if she has a counter to gentle fist. And since they are working as a team, i will go with Kurenai, and the other fodder ninjas

Well I still don't really get how Kurenei's genjutsu works but for now I'll assume it takes only one second for Tsunade to break it. No one else is much of a threat though I bet Ino will take over Tsunade while Tsuande is trapped under Kurenei's genjutsu. Once she does that, Ino can sacrifice herself just to let the other girls give Tsunade a beating. Ino will soon be dead and Tsuanade will just regenerate.

Although Tsunade would be somewhat weakened after a barrage of attacks from Sakura, Tenten and Hinata. Pretty sure Tsunade's extra chakra coming from her forehead will unblock any clogged chakra points and Tsunade can regenerate broken body parts that have not been dismembered.

It will come down to a battle of endurance from now and whether the girls can outlast and survive fighting Tsunade. They most certainly can not as Tsunade is much above any of them. So yeah Tsuande wins with high difficulty without katsuyu. With katsuyu she'd win with mid difficulty.

Medical ninjutsu is not a criterion for judging excellent chakra control. The hyugas can see chakra, emit chakra from chakra holes, use chakra to harm opponents, rotate chakra and even mold them into different shapes(hinata's lion thingy against pain) and tsunade cannot do all that.
