Looks: A black haired boy with blue eyes. Wears a black robe, gloves and sandles. He is caucasion and about 5 ft tall. carries a scroll on his back. On his left hip is a ball and chain like weapon, on his right hip are two double bladed ax's, and on his back are two swords.

Personality: Kokutsu is quiet and respectful when in allied company. But when facing an enemy he becomes pompous, overconfident. He heckles and humiliates his foes. He loves the angered look on his oponents faces, as well as their looks of fear. He enjoys fooling his oponents into thinking he is weak, then turns the battle around and defeats the opponent. When not fighting however, he is quiet, pleasant, and enjoys spending time with those around him.

Background Info.
History: Kokutsu was born into nothing. No money, no food, no home. He was dirt poor. At age 5 his parents died in the the military coup headed by the mysterious pain. Kokutsu was forced to fend for himself. He got very little food and on two seperate occasions nearly died of hunger and illness. However at age 6, Kokutsu met an old man in the decaying portion of Amegakure. This old man gave Kokutsu shelter and a job selling goods to the citizens of Amegekure. At age 8 the old man revealed that he was in fact a retired shinobi of Amegekure, who was one of the personal guards of lord Hanzo. The old man saw greatness in Kokutsu and believed he too should be a shinobi. The old man wanted to pass on his legacy, "Dynamo of the titan mase" and believed that the skill of using a meteor hammer should be passed on (a heavy metal ball connected to a long chain). For three long years, the old man taught Kokutsu how to use the meteor hammer and the skill of being a weapon smith. Kokutsu used this skill to forge his double hallbird. After teaching Kokutsu everything he knew on using weapons, he gave Kokutsu all his savings, and passed away, happy that his legacy could continue.

Using the savings, Kokutsu enrolled into the Amegekure Ninja accadamy. At the beginning he was nervous about becoming a Ninja. But quickly realized his advantage because of his prior teachings. He acceled at weapon techniques. And he learned basic jutsu and chakra control with ease. He also had a decent ability to make plans. Making him a decent tactician. The other students despised him at first, complaining that he was nothing but filth who was blessed by being raised by a master. Kokusu enjoyed showing them the buisiness end of his meteor hammer.

During his training, the current leader of Amegakure, Lord Pain, wanted to see how well the students were being trained. Kokutsu's teachers were more then eager to demonstrate Kokutsu. Kokutsu entered a room where Lord Pain's angel Konan stood. Konan tested him by making him fight paper clones, and she was pleased by his skill. Recomending him for instant promotion to Genin Rank. He graduated the acadamy at age 10. Two years before the others. Kokutsu is currently seeking a master to further his ninjutsu training.
