well if you want to pick betwen this two then lighting is stronger againce wind but on the othere side its weak againce earth so its up too you* your going too use it in battle so pick the one you like better*

The first step in your traing is too tell me wht do you think of lighting ( which elements are stronger then it and which are weak againce it, and who do we see in the managa/anime useing it,etc....)

ok lightnin beats earth looses agianst wind kakashi uses it made lightnin blade. he taught it to saskue who made better versions of it with his sword and what not. its cause by friction

and you do that by imaging the raw speed and strength of lighting and chanell thews toughs into formeing lighting chakra.Meditate on this for a couple hours.^^

lighting traing is done for now since i can only teach you up too E-rank jutsus and the official jutsu site doesnt contain any E-ranked lighting jutsus so lighting traing is paused till you reach a higher rank.

that leaves basic's so if you have any questions about battleing or anything ask ^^

okay i will try too explain it ^^



in this table you can see the traing plan (like gennins get trained in first element and basic's,..etc)

and at the bottom of the picture you can see the time period you need too wait too be able too take a rank up battle.

and while that time period you need too do missions and gain mission points.

so in totaly you need too gain enough mission points and also need too finish your traing as a gennin to be able too rank up.
