first step in your traing is too learn how too draw out fire chakra.
and you do that by imageing fire as it is and think about how hot and intense it is.and finaly think of fire as a liveing person *it breath and feeds and so on*

I'm thinking about heat of fire and imagining a flame in my mind. As I'm thinking I imagine the fire taking the form of a person. I make that person breathe taking in breaths of air which makes the flames more intense. The more it breathes, the hotter and bigger the fire gets.

I close my eyes and focus the fire chakra in the center of my chest. At first I focus on bringing it there, and when I have gathered enough I focus on compressing it into a compact ball. When the chakra is compacted enough, I take a deep breath and shoot the fireball out of my mouth.
