i think kishi didnt know how to get rid of her, so she'll remain in coma for a longer time. i would say when she awakes she is hokage, danzou is some kind of temporary solution.

Knowing Danzo for what he is, and the situation Comatosed-Tsunade is in at the moment (which is out in the open barely protected under a tent).

Danzo will send some Root to assasinate her...to ensure he will become the Hokage.

as for Danzou's reign of terror... I think this is just for the sake of Sasuke's arc: he comes to Konoha and Danzou is Hokage... he kills Danzou and harmony is restored, convinient huh?

I'm thinking her actual power as Hokage is done. Like Revan said, this was a means for Kishi to set Tsunade aside for now. The way the chapter ended left many possibilities though, Shikaku for one didn't look too happy. I'm just trying to imagine how's Sasuke going to do him in, I'm hoping for slow roasted Danzou on a stick. I mean it's pretty obvious he's gonna die by Sasuke's hands.
