    [Fire with McRazor] Shinta

Ok, post the last technique you learned and create a good situation in which you'd use that technique.

(Katon: Komakai Kaki) - Fire Style: Small fire
    Rank: D
    Type: Offense
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 10
    Damage Points: 20
Description: The user spews a small fireball.

So... I think a good setting for this jutsu would be in a close combat fight, during say an exchange of Taijutsu where I could unexpectedly spew out a fireball into my opponents face causing severe burns... Or at the very least distract him long enough to create an opening for a finishing blow.

I begin by gathering my fire chakra I to the back of my throat as I inhale a breathe of air, I then open my mouth, breathing out suddenly while releasing the chakra that I mould into a small ball off fire...

Excellent. Good use. Can you think of any disadvantages for this technique?

It has a small range and limited damage capabilities... They would be the only two I can think of.

    Good.

( Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique
    Rank: D
    Type: Offense/Supplementary
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 10
    Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.

To perform this technique you simply perform the handseals and blow out a flammable gas. Excellent technique if you want to prevent your opponent from using fire techniques, or else, he'd kill himself.

( Katon no Jutsu ) - Fire Release Technique
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive
    Range: Short - Mid
    Chakra cost: 10
    Damage points: 20
Description: The user will release a small but powerful flame of fire at their opponent.

Pretty much same as the Small fire, only this one is a tad bigger and stronger. Its range is up to mid which can be handy.

    Try them out.

    Alright lets do this...

I begin by performing the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger hand seals while I inhale a breathe of air and simultaneously gather my Katon chakra into my lungs. I make sure to mix the katon chakra evenly throughout my breathe as I release it, keeping it as a falmmable gas that spreads out in front of me.

As I gather my katon chakra into my lungs, I take in a breathe of air. I gather slightly more chakra than I did with the small fire ball and I release it as I breathe out moulding it to follow the path of my exhaled breathe creating a sort of small flame-thrower from my mouth.

Good. So what do you think is the problem with the 1st one?

About the second one. I hope you know that fire is weak to water and strong to wind. Even so, it can serve as a great combination with wind. As per Izuna's Elemental Combinations thread, where he explained everything (and in my opinion it is a MUST HAVE subscribed thread), wind can power up or either cancel out the fire, depending on the direction its coming form. Here's a few paragraphs:

Fire and Wind creates a bigger, stronger fire.

**When a fire and a wind jutsu of the same rank are shot by two shinobi facing each other, the result won't be a stronger fire jutsu continuing forward, but instead it'll be a weakened fire jutsu (one rank lower then it originally was).
**When a fire jutsu clash with a one rank higher wind jutsu, they will both cancel each other out. If higher then one rank, the wind will overpower the fire. However, there are exceptions; for further details continue the reading.

The way I see the fire and wind clashing is like putting too much air into a flame, it won't do any good. However, when a wind jutsu merge from behind it only add to both jutsus momentum, reinforcing each other. I can't think of a jutsu getting stronger as he clashes with another one and loses speed. I know Fire is the elemental weakness of wind, but we shouldn't see it as fire and fuel. Air is only good for fire in certain proportion, let's not forget that.

It's very important to understand this. Questions? ^^

Well the first jutsu is a bit like a double-edged sword in that an opponent may not want to use a fire jutsu or anything that would ignite it but at the same time they could do something that would ignite us as I release the gas, igniting it prematurely and burning me.

I understand what you've put up here about fires relationship with wind and Izuna's thread is something I frequent often ^_^

More like, he could blow that gas back at you and then ignite it. I doubt he'd manage to ignite it while you're releasing the gas.

( Katon: Shōkasou ) - Fire Release: Small Fire Stream
    Rank: C
    Type: Offensive
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 15
    Damage points: 30
Description: The user will create a small short flame at the opponent. This flame is capable of making the target collapse due to the heat of the technique. This technique requires no handseals.

Game technique. I didn't really play the game so I don't know how it exactly looks but I suppose that you simply gather fire chakra in your mouth, place your hand, with your middle and index fingers, in front of your mouth and blow a small fire stream at your opponent. This technique requires no handseals. Can it be better? ^^

( Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
    Rank: C
    Type: Offense
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 15
    Damage Points: 30
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally.

Favorite Uchiha technique. Simple as the description says. Range appears to be the problem again, same as all those handseals.

It's always the simple answer that I miss...
    ____________________________

Anyway for the fire stream technique...
I begin by inhaling a breath of air that I quickly combine with my katon chakra, I then place my extended index and middle finger of my right hand next to my mouth as I breath out and release the katon chakra, converting it into a thin stream of very hot fire.

    And the fireball jutsu...
While performing the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger hand seals I inhale a big breath of air which I combine with a sizable amount of my katon chakra. I exhale this chakra though a ring I make out of right thumb and first finger that I place just in front of my mouth where I release the chakra moulding it into a large fireball that races forward.

    Good.

( Katon: Kimuchi Amura ) - Fire Release: Wall of Flames
    Rank: C
    Type: Supplementary/Defence
    Range: Short
    Chakra cost: 15
    Damage Points: 30
Description: The user first throws out a lighter that has an open flame. The user the turns the flame into a wall of fire used for protection or to burn small objects thrown towards him. This jutsu can be used with Hurricane Fist to create a combo jutsu.

Don't confuse this with a real lighter, lol. You exhale a fire technique and later on, by molding your chakra, turn it into a wall of fire.

( Katon: Hibashiri ) - Fire Release: Running Fire
    Rank: C
    Type: Attack
    Range: Short-Mid
    Chakra Cost: 15
    Damage Points: 30
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal by utilizing their fire chakra, the user will create a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with a suitable wind technique to release a massive inferno.

Tiger handseal. It represents the fire nature. A versatile fire attack. You can alter it's shape, depending on your needs. And to top that, it's even mid range.

    For the first one...

I begin by creating a small fire on the ground in front of me using:

(Katon: Komakai Kaki) - Fire Style: Small fire
    Rank: D
    Type: Offense
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 10
    Damage Points: 20
Description: The user spews a small fireball.

Now that I have a fire to work with I manipulate the chakra in the fire, causing it to widen out and rise up to a size big enough that it would shield me. I Maintain its shape by directing more of my katon chakra towards it so that is won't collapse on me...

    For the Second jutsu...

I begin by gathering my katon chakra, which I release into the ground by performing the Tiger hand seal. By manipulating the chakra in the flame,s and adding more as I push the stream out into mid-range, I direct the fire to encircle a tree at mid-range from me, where I then cause the circle to collapse in to burn the tree...

You don't need to use a technique for the 1st one. A fire technique is already contained in it.

( Katon: Ryūka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique
    Rank: C
    Type: Offense
    Range: Short/Mid
    Chakra Cost: 15
    Damage Points: 30
Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

Pretty simple technique. Sasuke used it against Naruto when battling at the valley of death. But still, it has a big problem. Do you see it?

( Katon: Karyūdan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet
    Rank: C
    Type: Offense
    Range: Short/Mid
    Chakra Cost: 15
    Damage Points: 30
Description: The user exhales a flame breath from their mouth after making one handseal. This technique can be used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating.

3rd Hokage used this against Orochimaru. He had to create a mud dragon that used the Earth Dragon bullet though. But as the technique says, you can use one after another.

    First Jutsu...

I first throw a kunai, with a wire attached to it, at a nearby tree. I then begin to gather my katon chakra while performing the Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger hand seals. Upon making the Tiger hand seal I take a breath and breathe out the Katon chakra which I release in the form of a fire stream that races along the cord towards the tree.

A big thing I see with it is the opponent can easily predict the direction this jutsu would be coming from, also by simply cutting the cord the jutsu cannot progress towards them. I think thats the problem anyway...

    The second jutsu...

As I take in a deep breath of air, I also gather my katon chakra into the back of my throat. As I exhale I release the fire in the form of an intense flame hot enough to set fire to something like a mud ball...

I can't use the Earth Dragon bullet technique yet so I hope that will suffice...

Yes, but I think that the main problem would be the kunai that you have to throw first. On the other side, if you first throw a kunai the opponent would reflexively blow it away with a wind technique. When he attempts that you just blow out your fire which would "eat" the wind and continue towards him.

You'll learn it sooner or later. It's good to know that info.

    Any questions?

( Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique
    Rank: C
    Type: Offense
    Range: Short
    Chakra Cost: 15
    Damage Points: 30
Description: The user first performs six hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and they create a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Pretty self explanatory. There are ways to use this technique and it's very useful. If it had a higher rank and range I'd call it OP.

( Katon: Honoo no Saigai Hi Kagayaku no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Flame of Disaster Fire Shine Technique
    Rank: C
    Type: Offensive
    Range: Short - Mid
    Chakra Cost: 15
    Damage points: 30
Description: The user releases a flame of fire chakra that converges on the opponent wrapping around them and burning them.

I'd say this is a game jutsu because I can't find anything on narutopedia. I don't know anything about it, other than what it says in description. By the rank I'd say that it's a moderate size flame that goes up to mid range and wraps around your opponent. Your thoughts?

    The first Jutsu...

You're right, even if the range of this jutsu were to be increased it would be pretty powerful yet alone with an increase in rank. Anyway...

I begin by gathering a large amount of katon chakra as I perform the Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger hand seals. Upon making the last tiger hand seal I begin to breathe out in short, quick bursts as I release the chakra in the form of small fire balls. As I release the fireballs I quickly through a shuriken in to each one as they fly through the air in all direction towards a nearby rock wall.

    The second jutsu...

Well, I think your explanation is as good as any. From what I gather it seems like a thin stream of fire that would be shot towards the opponent that when it gets close would open up and cover them in fire. That's my opinion anyway so I'll perform it like that.

I begin by gathering my katon chakra which I release from my mouth in the form of a stream of fire. When it gets close to a rock I aimed it at I manipulate the fire to open up and cover the rock in flame...

    Excellent. Guess what? B rank!

( Katon: Karyū Endan ) - Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet
    Rank: B
    Type: Offense
    Range: Short/Mid
    Chakra Cost: 20
    Damage Points: 40
Description: The user first performs seven handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger and kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. The flames are divided to launch a left side, right side, and frontal assault in all three directions at once, turning the enemy into ash in a matter of seconds.

Excellent technique because it allows you to attack your opponent from all three directions. It's not easy defending attacks like that. A wall of water or something like that would probably work against it.

( Bakuhatsu Enhogan ) – Exploding Flame Shots
    Rank: B
    Type: Attack
    Range: Mid
    Chakra Cost: 20
    Damage points: 40
Description: The user shoots multiple fire shots from their hands that are able to cause fiery explosions on impact with any object. The shots can't set the opponent on fire, though they can cause damage by exploding on him.

Channel chakra into your hands and release it with a swing of your arm. They're quite small and don't really do much damage, other than exploding. Would be good to hit his ear with this, in order to damage his equilibrium and to throw him of balance. Just an idea

    O.O B ranks already, awesome ^_^

    The first jutsu...

    Seven hand seals <_<
I begin by performing the Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger hand seals while gathering up my katon chakra. I release this chakra in front of me where upon the completion of the Tiger hand seal I release the chakra as fire where I then manipulate it to take on the shape of a large dragons head. I cause the dragons head to divide equally into three fire balls, one to the left, one to the right, and one straight at a tree directly in front of me. These fireballs hit the tree simultaneous reducing it to ash in moments...

    The second jutsu...

This one is just like using Ki blast in DBZ... but fire...

I begin by gathering my katon chakra into the palms of each hand. When I have enough chakra I swing each arm across my body, releasing a small ball of fire from each hand as I do so...
This could also be used to make people dance by shooting at each of their feet
